Chris Gagné

I'm Chris Gagné, a whole-system AI transformation lead and leadership coach, working from New Zealand with teams across the US, Europe, and APAC.

I help leaders in software-heavy organisations redesign the operating model AI is straining: the structure, the flow, and the leaders it runs on. Each tool I ship is mentoring I used to offer in person, now running as software. Some of the work still needs a human in the room, and I've trained at depth for that, too.

I write here from inside the work, where the contemplative and the corporate meet.
