		<description>Wow... I can't believe I listened to the whole thing.  How that guy remained calm is just beyond me.  I would have lost it!  I can't believe that no one in the hour he spent on the phone could see the difference, and still remain clueless even after he walked them through the mathematical steps proving he was right!

Do you know of any follow up to this?  Has Verizon taken their heads out of their collective asses and actually educated their service people?  Dear God, I hope so!</description>
